General Monitoring
Check whether the email alerts are going properly in the respective intervals and record the observations in the sheet provided.
If there are any issues with email alerts debug the root cause with the help of a log file, if there is any template/issues which is from our side then correct/fix the same and trigger the missed alerts.
Resync/Retry the jobs for all failures based on the confirmation from the client team and report the progress at regular intervals.
Check for the unusual ending of any jobs and exceptions at scheduled intervals of monitoring and report immediately if any discrepancies are found.
Check and add new errors into the master sheets regularly
Complete the monitoring sheet and update the status regularly with the team.
Inform team and client about the issues time to time and be proactive in this concern.
