# General Monitoring

* **C**heck whether the email alerts are going properly in the respective intervals and record the observations in the sheet provided.
* If there are any issues with email alerts debug the root cause with the help of a log file, if there is any template/issues which is from our side then correct/fix the same and trigger the missed alerts.
* Resync/Retry the jobs for all failures based on the confirmation from the client team and report the progress at regular intervals.
* Check for the unusual ending of any jobs and exceptions at scheduled intervals of monitoring and report immediately if any discrepancies are found.
* &#x20;Check and add new errors into the master sheets regularly
* Complete the monitoring sheet and update the status regularly with the team.
* Inform team and client about the issues time to time and be proactive in this concern.    &#x20;
