Go to the desired FTP/SFTP input path by giving the credentials in filezilla/putty and check for the number of files.
If the number of files is more than two and the frequency of the job is little ahead of the normal one, debug the log files for any known errors.
If there is an error identified, analyze the root-cause for the issue and if it is solvable by the OIP team fix the same and do resync if required.
Monitor continuously for a few more hours and if the issue needs to be fixed from the client side, request the concerned POC of the client team / client with standard process.
Log all the findings in the sheet provided and close the process.
