# FTP/SFTP FLOW

* Go to the desired FTP/SFTP input path by giving the credentials in filezilla/putty and check for the number of files.
* If the number of files is more than two and the frequency of the job is little ahead of the normal one, debug the log files for any known errors.
* If there is an error identified, analyze the root-cause for the issue and if it is solvable by the OIP team fix the same and do resync if required.
* Monitor continuously for a few more hours and if the issue needs to be fixed from the client side, request the concerned POC of the client team / client with standard process.
* Log all the findings in the sheet provided and close the process.
