Process

• Monitor the Job run detail and the Monitoring OIP screen whether the data parsed /received correctly from the Database and check for any connectivity issues.

• If connectivity issues found and manual retry required check with the client team and retry the flow.

• If any technical issues found in reading the data debug the log file and find the root cause for the issue, if the issue can be fixed from our end, fix the same and try resyncing the data.

• If any business errors are not added in the standard error pattern table, add the same.

• Based on the receiving end of the data (API/FILE/REPORT) follow the previous processes as it remains the same.

• Log all the findings in the sheet provided and close the process.
