Monitor the Job run detail and the Monitoring OIP screen whether the data parsed /received correctly and check for any technical java errors.
If any technical issues found in reading the data debug the log file and find the root cause for the issue, if the issue can be fixed from our end, fix the same and try resyncing the data.
If any business errors are not added in the standard error pattern table, add the same and if there are no errors found go to the desired path in FTP/SFTP and check files are placed correctly in the scheduled intervals.
If any discrepancies find the root cause for the same and report to the concerned POC of the client team/client with standard process.
Log all the findings in the sheet provided and close the process.
